My grandfather always spoke very highly of this dealership, so naturally when my father was looking for a new Ranger in 2016 Todd and the Frainkie’s team were one of the few called on! From the start the price match and value compared to other Ranger dealers in the area was second to none! I’m a stickler for detail and this boat could not have been rigged any better, there were a few small cosmetic issues while in shipment from Ranger however they were addressed immediately by Todd while going through the new boat. Not to mention this was on a Sunday afternoon when the dealership was closed Todd took time out of his day and catered to our time constraints. Todd does what he loves, he listens to the customers’ needs for absolutely everything while making a new boat selection. With (Todd’s) his watercraft experience he goes one step further to address these things in detail because he doesn’t want Frankie’s to sell you a boat you want he wants Frankie’s to sell you a boat you will love!! A new or used Ranger can almost sell it self because of the quality and unparalleled craftsmanship of these boats, Todd and the Frankie’s Team go one step further to build and create a relationship and understanding that will last a lifetime. This is the reason they are the number one Ranger dealer in the world! Lisa and the Frankie’s service team understand how limited our time can be on the water and spend countless hours making sure your boat is ready for the opener or that leisure day on the water with family. This relationship Todd and the Frankie’s team works to build had me calling on them for my used boat purchase this spring. I couldn’t be happier with my selection as I gave Todd my Tall order of wants and needs in my used boat purchase! I just wanted to share my experience with anyone else considering a new boat purchase and will not look to anyone else but Frankie’s in my future Marine needs!
