I love to fish and I wanted to fish bigger water in the years ahead so I figured I would start the search for the newest member of our fishing family. I went to the Minneapolis Boat Show to compare boats and boat dealers and because of the reputation of Ranger Boats and because Todd from Frankie's Marine was so friendly and excited to talk about fishing and share various innovations on the product, I decided that Ranger was the boat for us! Frankie's Marine in Chisago Lakes has been a family owned entity as long as I can remember. I grew up in the area and figured if I was going to be buying a Ranger, that I would definitely be buying from them. We ordered our Ranger 621FS and proceeded to visit the showroom once or twice a week to size up all the accessories we anticipated putting on after delivery. When the boat arrived we had an issue with the wrong fabric on our seats... Todd jumped in and got it taken care of for us, and in less than 10 days Ranger had delivered us brand new seats and they were installed at the shop. We had a few other minor tweaks needed and the service center got us in and out in less than 48 hours. It's strange for me to think that the largest Ranger Boat dealer in the country is the one in the little town I grew up in, but after being an actual customer, I can see why they sell as many boats as they do. A big thanks to the whole team that helped us get into our new dream boat... now I just have to figure out how to actually catch as many fish as this boat makes me "look" like I can! :D. read less

This past Friday I picked up my custom built 2017 Ranger 620FS. Yesterday we put the boat to immediate use. After only a few quick months to custom build the boat and only 3 days of finalized dealer rigging, this boat was perfect! Not one missing screw, not one small scratch and lots of pictures sent from arriving on the semi to the entire boat being detailed.

If you are looking for an Excellent dealership, an outstanding Salesman (Todd) and the best service department equipped to handle Rangers (and I am sure other brands also), I only ask why I didn't find this dealership sooner. As a Mercury Pro Team Member, I drive 1 hour to get to this dealership and pass two others on the way. Definitely worth the time!! Ask for Todd! read less
